City Wide Youth Workshop, June 21-25
For those who have kids / teens, ages 10-19, love to sing and worship God, and needing to be in a positive environment to engage with other young people throughout the City, Billie Foster, Faye Johnson (Mt. Enon), Kaykay Forte and Minister Josh Washington (husband of gospel singer Cherry Washington) have put together an awesome initiative for our young people in the City of Dayton that will lead up to a City Wide on going Youth Choir.
They are hosting a City Wide Youth Workshop with host church Macedonia Baptist Church the week of June 21 – 25, with the concert climaxing on June 27th; clinicians are Josh Washington (Minister Music of the project), Devon Gooding, recording artist Markey Montague (Omaha Nebraska), and Ben Lofton. There will be more information to come; I just wanted to give you all a heads up in advance!!!
The workshop is FREE for ages, 10 to 19.
